The Satakunta Cooperative, part of the S-Group is planning a new 2000 m2 S-Market in the Herralahti district of Pori, at Herralahdenraitti 1. Special investment fund Trevian Finland Properties I owns the property and will be the landlord. Current tenants in the entity include the Eastern Pori Healthcare Centre, a Veterinary Clinic, a Pharmacy, and a Fitness Centre. The new S-Market will complement the service offering with a comprehensive grocery supermarket in newbuild premises.

Developing the area requires structural changes of the property and the parking area, and the new supermarket is expected to open within 1 to 1.5 years. The new S-Market will employ some 20 grocery professionals.
